Employment Benefits

Medical Coverage
Employees are eligible for medical coverage first of the month after 60 days of employment.  The Company provides full-time employees and their qualified dependents a variety of medical coverages, and contributes a significant portion to the cost of medical premiums. Medical premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Dental Coverage
Employees are eligible for dental coverage first of the month after 60 days of employment.  The Company provides full-time employees and their qualified dependents two dental plans, and contributes a generous portion to the cost of dental premium.  Dental premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Vision Care
Employees are eligible for vision coverage first of the month after 60 days of employment.  Vision premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Disability Insurance
The Company offers both short-term and long-term disability plans to its full-time employees effective the first of the month after 60 days of employment.

Basic Life Insurance
All full-time employees receive $20,000 of company-paid, term life insurance the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Supplemental and Dependent Life Insurance
The Company offers full-time employees the option to elect additional life insurance coverage for themselves, a spouse and/or children.

AFLAC Flexible Spending and Ancillary Plans
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program first of the month following 60 days of employment. Participants can use pre-tax dollars to pay unreimbursed medical expenses and/or dependent care expenses. In addition, we offer ancillary plans such as cancer and off-the-job accident.

401K Plan
Our employees are auto-enrolled at 3% deferral in the 401(K) after 60 days of service. After one year of service, the Company matches 50% of the full-time employee’s contributions up to 6% of annual salary. Employees are 100% vested after 5 years of service and have many investment options available.

Holidays
Our full-time employees enjoy nine (9) paid holidays a year with no waiting period. 

Personal/Sick Days
Employees are eligible to accrue six (6) personal/sick days per year with no waiting period. Twelve (12) hours of personal/sick days are awarded at the beginning of each quarter; January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.

Vacation

Vacation is earned by full-time employees based on years of service.
2 weeks a year starting the first year for full-time employees
3 weeks a year at 3+ years of service for full-time employees
4 weeks a year at 8+ years of service for full-time employees

Vacations are typically scheduled during company shutdowns.

Fitness Center
The Company offers an on-site fitness center for their corporate employees.

Corporate Events/Discounts
The Company sponsors numerous events each year for employees such as Tiki parties, Sportsfest, Mud Wars, holiday contests, and attraction discounts.
