Available to full-time employees and their qualified dependents after 60 days of service. America II contributes a significant portion of the cost of medical coverage and offers a variety of plans to choose from. All healthcare coverage is deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Available to full-time employees and their qualified dependents after 60 days of service. America II contributes a significant portion of the cost of dental coverage and offers its employees two PPO plan options. All dental plan coverage is deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Basic Life Insurance
All full-time employees will automatically receive basic life coverage at no cost to them at the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
Supplemental and Dependent Life Insurance
America II offers full-time employees the option to elect additional life insurance coverage for themselves, a spouse and/or children at discounted rates.
AFLAC Flexible Spending and Ancillary Plans
After 60 days of service, all full-time employees are eligible to participate in our flexible spending account program. Participants can use pre-tax dollars to pay unreimbursed medical expenses and/or dependent care expenses. In addition there are several ancillary plans to choose from such as cancer and off-the-job accident policies.
Full-time employees are auto-enrolled at 3% in the 401(K) after 60 days of service. After one year of service, the company matches 50% of the employee contributions up to 6% of annual salary. Employees are 100% vested after 5 years of employment and have many investment options available.
America II offers 8 paid holidays each year. Full-time employees are eligible to be compensated for holiday pay after 60 days of employment.
Personal and Sick Days
Employees are eligible to accrue six (6) personal/sick days per year. One and a half personal/sick days are awarded at the beginning of each quarter; January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
1 week vacation during first year of service.
2 weeks after completion of 1 year of service.
3 weeks after completion of 3 years of service.
4 weeks after completion of 8 years of service.
Vacations are typically scheduled during company shutdowns in July and December.
