With more than 25 years of successful leadership experience within the global technology distribution industry, Mr. Cavallaro is a seasoned executive who brings global market strategy and deep operating expertise to America II. Frank has served as CEO of Converge (acquired by Arrow Electronics in 2010) and TotalTrax. 

Additionally, he has held senior executive roles at Arrow Electronics and NECX. With domain expertise in international management, selling strategies, sales organizations and global sourcing operations, Mr. Cavallaro is recognized as an industry leader within global technology distribution.

Mike Pointer joined America II in 1995 and currently directs the company's legal and human resources functions. Prior to joining America II, Mr. Pointer represented the organization on employment matters while working for the labor and employment law firm of Zinober & McCrea, P.A. in Tampa, Fla.

Before relocating to Florida in 1993, Mr. Pointer gained a broad base of experience working in Washington, D.C., for one of the country's largest law firms, Kirkland & Ellis, P.A., and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. He also had the distinction of serving as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable George E. MacKinnon, U.S. Court of Appeals, D.C. Circuit. 

Mr. Pointer is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School (magna cum laude) and Oral Roberts University (summa cum laude).

Rick Kauchak

Rick Kauchak joined America II in 1992 after serving two years in the U.S. Army. After working in distributor and OEM sales for three years, he was promoted to selling manager. Over the next few years, Mr. Kauchak maximized this role to enhance the selling capabilities of his team while continuing to conduct his own daily sales activities.

In 1998, Mr. Kauchak called on this experience to step into the position of the first non-selling manager and trainer where he engineered the America II University, the company's comprehensive training program. This positioned him as a mentor and manager to new America II personnel.

In 2001, Mr. Kauchak was promoted to director of OEM sales, a position he held for 11 years while also recruiting for the company and maintaining the America II University. Over this time, Mr. Kauchak continued to help develop and grow the company’s OEM/EMS division.

In August 2012, he was named vice president of sales, responsible for overseeing the entire America II inside sales team.

Dimitra Tsekos

Dimitra Tsekos is an accomplished business professional in the electronics industry. She joined America II in March of 2017 as Business Development Director, after working in the Franchise Distribution sector for over 18 years. In her past experience, she managed a diverse group of high profile accounts as Program Manager of Strategic Accounts, as well as a team supporting Global customers, cultures and sales.

Ms. Tsekos' experience as a Product Manager, as well as a Field Commodity Specialist, helped her demonstrate strategic business vision and provide strategic leadership and direct support to the Product Management team. Her strength is establishing cross-departmental relationships to influence a team atmosphere and enhance opportunities for success of new and existing strategies. She prides herself on her ability to "go above and beyond in any situation." She said the most fulfilling part of her job is being a part of "a chain reaction of teamwork that is consistent from beginning to end."

Adept at utilizing her multidisciplinary work experience to attain desired results, in Sales, Gross Profit, Customer Satisfaction, Dimitra was soon promoted to Vice President of Sales Operations in July of 2017. In her role, she serves as the strategic conduit between all departments and regions.

Toshiharu Ban

Toshiharu Ban joined America II Japan as a representative of the Japan office in August 2007, with more than 19 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. His experience comes from having sales, FAE, marketing, business development and management positions within franchise distribution companies.

As a business development manager in 1996, Ban-san established a liaison office in California to develop startups and obtain new line cards with one of the biggest Japanese domestic franchises. Prior to that, Ban-san served as the general manager of ASSPs and ASIC products at PALTEK, a well-known technical-oriented distributor. During his tenure at PALTEK, he added several new lines, which brought $20 million in additional annual revenue within a year. In 2005, Ban-san was on the board of directors at Spinnaker Systems, which is one of the group companies of PALTEK.

Esteban Polanco

Esteban Polanco joined America II in May 2013 as strategic sales director for Mexico. In this role, he is responsible for leading all business conducted in Mexican territory.

During his 16 year career, Mr. Polanco has proven his leadership and business acumen, and he has gained an extensive knowledge of the Mexican electronics industry. Throughout his career he has held several positions within the electronics industry, including field sales manager for Mexico, business startup consultant, and global account manager. His main experience has been working within a leading electronic franchise distribution company that is part of the Berkshire Hathaway conglomerate.

Mr. Polanco majored in industrial engineering at Universidad Iberoamericana – Golfo Centro. He later went to earn an MSA from Central Michigan University.

Janos Boszormenyi

Janos Boszormenyi joined America II in 2005 in the UK as an Inside Sales Rep for the Eastern-Europe market. Making great progress he got promoted to Strategic Account Manager in 2007 based in Hungary. Janos gained good experience working in these positions, meeting customers face to face and understand their needs to help find best solutions.

In 2008, Boszormenyi joined NuHorizons in field sales role for Eastern-Europe, which was one of the global franchised distributors. After Arrow acquired NuHorizons, he remained with Arrow Global Alliance and was promoted to European Program Manager, running some of the Tier1 EMS programs and later leading the Account Management team.

In 2014, Janos Boszormenyi returned back to America II as Strategic Sales Director with the goal to establish the field sales team of America II in Europe and help developing the franchise distribution model. In 2015 Mr. Boszormenyi took over management of the Inside Sales Team for Eastern-Europe.

As of January 2016, he is responsible for all European operations.
