We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Applications Developer to assist in the development, maintenance and support of customer business applications.

Ideally, this developer should have a thorough understanding of the entire software development lifecycle as well as a desire to assist with all components of the software development process.

Summary of Duties

  • Work with a team of software developers to design, develop, and maintain internal applications.
  • Maintain existing software systems.
  • Identify and correct software defects.
  • Create technical specifications and test plans.
  • Perform software development activities including requirements gathering, development, and documentation.
  • Gathers, understands and documents system requirements.
  • Prepare and participate in regularly scheduled meetings
  • Build, enhance, and support multi-tiered web and client server based business applications.
  • Utilize the following development tools: Visual Studio, ASP.Net, C#, PHP, and SQL.
  • Design and develop data conversion strategies and programs
  • Train end user to utilize new business applications.


  • Minimum of five years in required technologies.
  • Design skills (process flow, data flow, ERD)
  • Visual studio/TFS
  • Microsoft .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net
  • JavaScript/VB Script, HTML/DHTML
  • Experience using ASP.NET UI and 3rd party controls (Telerik)
  • Microsoft SQL Server Database driven applications (troubleshoot and maintain complex SQL, and stored procedures).
  • Maintain and support various web services
  • Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS or equivalent preferred.
  • Microsoft certification highly desired.
  • Understands business processes and how technology enables those processes.
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration or IIS Administration is not required, but highly desired.
