Requirements include; the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, previous
exposure to accounting/payroll, as well as strong Excel & data entry skills. Job
will include filing, copying, assistance with preparing for various audits and
handling miscellaneous functions related to international and domestic payroll.
Candidates should be detail oriented, able to work in a small team environment &
possess excellent customer service skills.

has an exceptional opportunity for an Advertising and Events Coordinator with 3+
yrs experience. Ideal candidate must be highly creative in order to design
advertising and take projects from concept to completion, have the ability to plan
and execute company events, be a strong communicator and possess previous
supervisory experience. Working knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, In Design
and Powerpoint are essential. Portfolio and BA/BS degree is a plus.
