Medical Coverage
Available to full-time employees and their qualified dependents after 60 days of service. America II contributes more than 50% of the cost of medical coverage and offers a variety of plans to choose from. All healthcare coverage is deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Dental Coverage
Available to full-time employees and their qualified dependents after 60 days of service. America II contributes up to 30% of the cost of dental coverage and offers its employees two PPO plan options.

Vision Care
Available after 60 days of service to all employees and their dependents who participate in our medical plans at no additional cost. The plan provides for one complete eye examination once every twelve months and discounts towards the purchase of eyeglasses, lenses and lasik surgery.

Disability Insurance
America II offers both short term and long term disability plans to its full-time employees.

Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
All full-time employees that meet eligibility requirements will automatically receive basic life and AD&D coverage at no cost to the employee.

Supplemental and Dependent Life Insurance
America II offers full-time employees the option to elect additional life insurance coverage for themselves, a spouse, and/or children at significantly discounted rates.

Flexible Spending
After 60 days of service, all full-time employees are eligible to participate in our flexible spending account program. Participants can use pre-tax dollars to pay unreimbursed medical expenses and/or dependent care expenses.

401K Plan
Available to full-time employees after 60 days of service. The company matches 50% of the employee contributions up to 6% of annual salary after one year of employment. Employees are 100% vested after 5 years of employment and have many investment options available.

Holidays
America II offers 8 paid holidays each year. Employees are eligible to be compensated for holiday pay after 60 days of employment.

Personal and Sick Days
Employees are eligible to accrue 6 personal/sick days per year. Personal days are awarded at the beginning of each quarter.

Vacation

  • 1 week vacation during first year of service.
  • 2 weeks after completion of 1 year of service.
  • 3 weeks after completion of 3 years of service.
  • 4 weeks after completion of 8 years of service.

Vacations are typically scheduled during company shutdowns in July and December.

Direct Deposit
We also offer the convenience of direct deposit.

Fitness Center
America II has its own fitness center available to all employees.

Corporate Events/Discounts
America II sponsors numerous events each year for employees including SportsFest, holiday luncheons, happy hours, etc.
