Shannon Melara, Customer Service Manager
Since November 1999, Shannon Melara has been driven by complete customer satisfaction
as an employee of America II. First as a Customer Service Representative, Shannon served
as a liaison between America II's sales team and customers until receiving a promotion to
the position of Lead Representative within the department.
November 2001 marked Melara's
promotion to the head of Customer Service, where the mission of providing "the most positive,
prompt, and helpful service in the electronics industry" shapes her daily activities and management style.
