Michael Cruz, Director of Distributor Sales
Mike Cruz came to America II in 1991. After gathering nearly five years of experience in
sales with the company, he was promoted to Sales Manager. When America II created its first
distributor sales office in 1997, Cruz spun off from his general sales management role to
manage this side of America II's business. Within his first year of managing the effort,
Cruz doubled the size of his team. Two years, 12 times the revenues, and six times the
people power later, Cruz's distributor sales office was engineered into its own division.
Leading into 2001, Cruz was promoted to Director of Distributor Sales to oversee and
manage all distributor accounts and the sales representatives who service them.
